The old Man of golf .
During the pandemic I was so lucky to work throughout with the Home of Golf on an amazing hospitality project to develop and define their hospitality/Commercial offering.
In particular building and designing the Tom Morris Bar & Grill in St Andrews was an incredible journey.
Inspired by the rich heritage of golf, we aimed to create a space that embodied both tradition and modernity.
From a Tom morris tartan carpet ,to a whisky bar inspired by the 80 Golf courses the old man of Golf influenced this was a real labour of love.
The menu featured local produce, celebrating our connection to the land and sea.
It wasn't just a restaurant; it was a gathering place for friends and family, where stories are shared over great food and tall tales of links Golf.
I’m really proud to have contributed to the legacy of St Andrews, the Home of Golf and of the teams that delivered on those projects.

I'm told the site's are going to be developed again which is appropriate 5 years on as things should never stand still and the bar on experience always needs to be raised.
This brand film encapsulated it so well ...... 🏌🏻♂️
